CTC provides national and international talent management & booking. Most of of  our artists speak at least two languages fluently, almost all speak English and German at native level. Karen Cifarelli holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California. She is a two time recipient of the prestigious Grace Ford Salvatore Community Service Award. Additionally, she studied Performing Arts at the American New Theatre with renowned acting coach Eric Morris, as well as worked as a PR consultant for the “Colorful Flags Program”, a multicultural non-profit organization. Her industry training was accrued working for such companies as American Zoetrope, Walt Disney Company, and the Jacobson Company and in Germany for Underdog Pictures GmbH. Besides being a manager, Ms. Cifarelli is a drama lecturer at the Macromedia University: Cours Florent Drama Department Berlin.
