Wero Rodowicz

Film Director, script developer and creative producer of films and series with strong focus on fiction with social impact. In 2015 she obrtained a CAS SUPSI Theater Performance and Contemporary Live Arts from Accademia Teatro Dimitri in Switzerland. 2016-19 BA in Communication and Storytelling in Economical, Political and Social context. 2019 she participated in a Film – Artist Training For Professionals at Filmuniversität Babelsberg, Konrad Wolf. 2019-21 MA Visual communication of UDK Berlin – with focus on series and transmedia storytelling. In 2022 she was one of the 3 directors to be chosen to attend the Directing Fiction programme at ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste). In 2021 she completed a digital course at the University of Cambridge, in Writing for performance and the entertainment industries. She has worked with Constantin Television, NETFLIX, SKY, Zeitsprung Pictures, Arbor Films among others. Her virtual community Let’s Plant Stories is about finding and supporting phenomenal underrepresented talent in film, tv and other creative industries through her community of 40,000 observers on Instagram. Her personal projects revolve around women’s stories, marginalized people, minorities, human rights and environmental sciences. Previously working for Netflix in the Creative Development for International Original Film (DACH) supporting the team of Sasha Bühler. She lives between Berlin, Zurich and Nice.
